  1. To quickly create an invoice, click on the +Invoice button on the top left.
  2. Here you can:
    1. Click on New Customer if the customer isn't added yet.
    2. Or you can search for an existing customer by typing the customer's name in the search box and clicking on the customer.
    3. If you have the Cash Account feature enabled (usually for retails stores), you can choose Cash Account.
  3. Next you will land on the page to create the invoice. You can choose to invoice items now or choose to invoice later. This is a convenient way to add items that needs to be on an invoice later or to allocate stock for a future invoice for instance.
  4.  Under Invoice Details you will see the custormer's name, date and you can give an invoice title.
  5.  When invoicing you can insert the quantity at the left, add the description, price and discount if applicable.
  6. If you have the stock module enabled:
    1. If you have the user permission to do so, you can choose between a stock entry or a manual entry by clicking the icon under the Type column.
    2. If Stock is selected, WolfAdmin will automatically search for the stock when typed in the description box.
    3. Stock will automatically be allocated from inventory to the invoice as well as the price of the item. If stock needs to be added you can click on +Stock.
    4. Manual Entries have no effect on stock in inventory.
    5. You can set whether invoices should default to Stock or Manual Entries by going to Admin > Company Settings and finding the setting Default Line Items under the Stock section.
  7. You can also choose to add a receipt now (which is required if you're using the Cash Account). If not, you can simply create a receipt by opening the invoice or customer later, or from the top menu Customers/Sales > + Receipt.
  8. Click on Create Invoice when done. The invoice is now created with a preview. Now you can conveniently email the invoice to your customer from here, print or save as PDF, or you can choose to edit the invoice, cancel it, or create a receipt among others.
